Convex Solar Solutions provides solar energy products, installation services, maintenance, consultancy, net metering assistance and government subsidy documentation support for residential, commercial and industrial clients across Maharashtra.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided are valid for the period specified in the quotation document. Prices are subject to change based on product availability, government policy changes and market conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed in the signed project agreement.
4. Project Agreement
All solar installations require a signed project agreement outlining scope of work, system specifications, pricing, payment schedule, timeline and warranty terms. Verbal commitments are not binding unless confirmed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment shall be made as per the milestones defined in the project agreement. Typical payment structure includes advance payment, material delivery payment and final payment upon commissioning. Late payments may result in project delays.
6. Installation and Timeline
Installation timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, product availability, government approvals (net metering) and site-specific challenges. We will communicate any delays promptly.
7. Warranties
Product warranties are provided by respective manufacturers (panels, inverters, batteries). Convex Solar Solutions provides workmanship warranty as specified in the project agreement. Warranty claims must be reported promptly with supporting documentation.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information, ensuring roof structural suitability, obtaining necessary permissions from housing societies or authorities, and providing access for installation and maintenance.
9. Government Subsidy
We assist with government subsidy applications but do not guarantee approval. Subsidy amounts and eligibility are determined solely by government authorities. Any changes in subsidy policies are beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
Convex Solar Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the property of Convex Solar Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
